With Insurance

Depending on your benefit coverage, you will mostly likely only be responsible for a percentage of the session cost after you meet your deductible.  If your insurance does not cover the full cost of the contracted rate you will be responsible for the remaining amount.  We will verify your coverage before services begin.

30 minute session - $ 75

60 minute session - $100

90 minute session - $125

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment - $140

Group session - $25

Sliding Fee Rate

To ensure that everyone has access to services we offer a sliding scale where clients, who meet eligibility requirements, can pay a reduced rate.  Fees will range depending upon family size and financial need.  For additional information, please fill out the form on the

Payment

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, debit/credit card, and HSA.

Cancellation Policy

Compass Counseling Services, PLLC is committed to providing you with quality, comprehensive counseling services. Please be sure to arrive on time for your session. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, unless there is a medical or family emergency.  When a session is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the agreed upon fee of $70.00.
